We are seeking a dedicated attorney with 1-2 years of legal experience to join our team at Lavrac Accident Law. Experience in workers' compensation is a big plus. However, we are willing to provide training for the right candidate, making this an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain significant experience in the workers' compensation arena. The candidate NEEDS TO BE BILINGUAL IN SPANISH.
This is a part-time position with 20-32 hours per week to start, but with the potential to become a full-time position.
Key Responsibilities:
Defend depositions
Engage with current and potential new clients
Attend Court’s Hearing (Most of them by telelphone)
Potential for Managing an evolving caseload over time
Additional legal and administrative duties as part of the position

Salary range: $50 PER HOUR
